1. Acceptance of Terms
58ETC(Pty) Ltd (referred to hereafter as MyAds24) provides a portfolio of advertising platforms and services through MyAds24, subject to the following Terms of use.
• By using these services you agree to full compliance.
• Inclusive of the use of your personal/business information.
• These terms can be changed at any time.
• If and when you disagree with the terms of use, you have the right to discontinue your use of the services.
• You consent to the collection process, store and distribution of personal/business date related to the services.
2. Changes to the Terms
• We reserve to change/modify the Terms of use at any time, with immediate effect.
• Please ensure regular review of this document to ensure you are aware of any changes made.
3. Eligibility for use
• Services are available to all our clients.
• The services and the use of the MyAds24 platforms, the content and subjects of the advertiser, placement of the MyAds24 platforms will not create any right to or action against 58ETC(Pty) Ltd, trading as MyAds24 for failing to adequately screen users and potential users, or prevent the use of the MyAds24 services by users not qualified to use it.
4. Content
• Content is collected, obtained from advertisers and provided by advertisers and/or their agents.
• The content remains the responsibility of the advertisers.
• You waive any and all claims against 58ETC(Pty) Ltd trading as MyAds24 for all content provided by you, the advertiser.
• You warrant your representation, your right to grant 58ETC(Pty) Ltd trading as MyAds24,the right to publish, reproduce, the content you have provided. You confirm that you have an irrevocable, perpetual and transferable right to transfer to 58ETC(Pty) Ltd trading as MyAds24 to publish and reproduce your content as per your advertising order to the company 58ETC(Pty) Ltd trading as MyAds24.
• You authorize and direct 58ETC(Pty) Ltd trading as MyAds24 to make copies thereof as we deem necessary in order to facilitate the appropriate posting and storage of the content of the service.
• 58ETC (Pty) Ltd trading as MyAds24 does not screen or pre-approve content and all risks solely remain with the advertiser.
• 58ETC (Pty) Ltd trading as MyAds24 shall have the right to reuse, delete or remove content at its sole discretion if good practices, or any other reasons such as legislation, is compromised.
